In the United States, there are over 14 million survivors of cancer living healthy, productive lives. This symposium is directed to researchers, oncologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, trainees, fellows and other health care professionals interested in the emerging subspecialty of cancer survivorship research and care.

The format will include plenary sessions from recognized leaders in survivorship science, interactive poster sessions, and ample opportunities for participant interaction with faculty and other attendees.

This conference is designed to update practicing physicians on recent advances that are rapidly changing the standards of care for hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. Highlights include:

  • Case discussions with faculty to include diagnosis & treatment
  • Full day Primary Care track to include prevention and cancer management for geriatric patients
  • Medical Oncology and Hematology sessions to include Proton Therapy and Integrative Medicine
CME Certificates and Attendance Verification Certificates
Certificates awarding AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM or certificates documenting attendance will be distributed to participants when an individual departs the conference. To obtain a CME certificate, physicians must submit a completed evaluation questionnaire and a CME Verification Form.

Upon request, a record of attendance (certificate) will be provided on-site to other healthcare professionals for requesting credits in accordance with state nursing boards, specialty societies, or other professional associations.
